Based in the New York metropolitan area, Mr. Balian continues to actively practice as a CPA while also serving as Chief Financial Officer of Patriot Electric Corp and its affiliates.

In his CFO role, Mr. Balian has been instrumental in guiding the organization through periods of growth, regulatory evolution, and operational expansion. He oversees all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, project cost analysis, bonding compliance, and long-term capital planning. His deep understanding of construction accounting and job costing has supported the company in streamlining operations and improving profitability.

Among his key achievements at Patriot, Mr. Balian led the integration of multi-state operations, including the company’s Florida and New Jersey divisions, and spearheaded the development and financial structuring of Patriot Telecom Corp., a ground-up telecommunications initiative that expanded the firm’s service offerings and strategic footprint.
