Joseph DosReis serves as Director of Operations at Patriot Electric, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry and eight years of dedicated service to the company. Having started his career as an apprentice, Joseph worked his way up through every level of the trade—a journey that has given him a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to execute complex electrical projects with safety, efficiency, and excellence.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Joseph deployed to Afghanistan as a Staff Sergeant, an experience that shaped his leadership style and professional discipline. His military background instilled in him the importance of clear communication, accountability, and leading by example—qualities he brings to every job site and project team.
During his tenure at Patriot Electric, Joseph successfully led numerous large-scale commercial and institutional projects as a Project Manager, consistently delivering under tight deadlines and budgets. He is highly knowledgeable in the National Electrical Code (NEC)and remains committed to staying current with evolving industry regulations and best practices.
In his role as Director of Operations, Joseph is focused on driving field excellence, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring project delivery meets the high standards that Patriot Electric is known for. He believes in a boots-on-the-ground approach to leadership, building trust through presence, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the job right—every time.
